Housekeeping Manager

Main tasks: 

Directly supervise and coordinate work activities of housekeeping personnel in the Retreat at Blue Lagoon Iceland - Hotel area.

Plan and prepare employee work schedules.

Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner.

Inspect work performed to ensure that specifications and established standards are met.

Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary.

Motivate, support and lead the housekeeping team, including resolving performance issues.



Leadership skills.

Customer service oriented, positive and friendly.

Excellent communication- and cooperation skills, along with verbal English skills.

Good organizational skills and precision.

Previous leader´s experience.

Preferably 25 years old or older.
